I am looking for any response as to why my ipad screen is showing this??????

That zebra pattern is highlighting the parts of the image that are, or may be, over-exposed (potentially unrecoverable blown highlights). This feature can be enabled/disabled in settings.

Covered numerous times previously.
As answered above - zebra pattern to aid correct exposure.

Just turn off over exposure in your camera setting's, or add a filter.
