Recently New to the industry and have been setting up my company since June last year, did not expect it to be such a lengthy process, but have learnt a lot along the way and I'm looking forward to getting some commercial work under my belt.
Just waiting on the approval of my UOC that was submitted Late December. CASA confirmed a date of completion towards the end of April 2016, have not heard from the assessor as yet, getting itchy.
Does anyone have any views on the relaxation around the sub 2 kg class, not needing a UOC or RPAS certificate, apparently it is being introduced late September 2016?
Does anyone know of any Commercial UAV groups in the Brisbane area? Always good to meet like minded professionals in the industry.
