Help with battery problem

I have three TB 47 batteries. One came with the Inspire, the other two are new but bought privately. The last time I checked them and charged them was October this year. Never used them since then until today 27th Dec. The 'old' battery and one of the new batteries charged well. The other battery when you did the two tap lit up one green light for 6 blinks (with the red light on too) then shut itself down. I checked the condition of the battery by pressing the button continuously and all 4 lights illuminated indicating a healthy battery. It just will not charge no matter what I do. Put the suspect battery in the drone and check the individual cells. Look for an unbalance, if you have a discharger try to discharge it. If the battery will start the drone, fly it in a low hover and discharge the battery that way. If it does discharge try to recharge it.
