does anyone know the spec for how hot the battery can get in flight without it being a concern?
I know Lipos normally have a limit of around 60c.
mine were 61c yesterday just after flight......... and they didnt come out of the overheated protection mode for at least 2 hours when left in the shade and with a couple of fans passing air through the box they were in.
Does anyone have any experience here? I might have to make an UBER cooling box for them to cool them down in a more reasonable time. otherwise to do a couple of hours work is going to mean having a shed load of batteries on hand.
