How "foldable" is the Inspire?

Just wondering if it is easily broken down to a (large) backpack size. That is the major reason I haven't bought one. I need to be able to take it out in the wild. WAY out.

Is there a way to make it smaller without totally disassembling it, so it could be easily put together in the wild?

All you can really do is take the props off. There is no way to disassemble it for a smaller footprint (without voiding warranty). If footprint is a big concern, this is probably not the right bird for you.

. . . and if I'm reading the specs right- that's a huge footprint, not travel friendly.
