How much will this have effect on signal

It could affect it some but probably not by much. I would just stay away from them as accidents happen and quads and power lines don't play well 
It's unfortunate as I have acres and acres of wooded area but this stretches across the entire way cutting me off from the woods
Just stay away from it. It dosn't look like you would fly that way anyway. I have flown 20-30 feet from this size power line and had no problems. It's best to stay away from all power lines. Especially the ones you don't see until your uav comes tumbling down!
