I can't update my Inspire 1 pro

Hello there,

I wish all is fine.


Ive many inspires and I know how to update them as DJI release lots of updates ... But this time I couldn't update my Inspire 1 pro ... the camera X5 and X3 cannot even read the update no sounds come from the inspire ....I have tried many update problem is same...


Please if some one can help me.

I solved the problem .. it was from my MAC each time i downloaded the update my mac added one more number... then the camera cannot read the update

Ah! Most browsers, if a file by that name already exists, will start appending things to the filename when creating a file on download, instead of just overwriting the old copy. Safari will stick -2, -3, etc. on the end of the filename (which I'm guessing is what happened to you), others will do " (2)", " (3)", etc. But the Inspire needs the filename in a specific format or else it doesn't recognize it as a firmware file.
