I2 not recording and not taking photos

Hello,
I have a problem with my DJI Inspire 2. Everything was fine until last week. But now I have a problem. I don't know why i can't take photos and record videos. My remote controler connect without any problems with drone, and My DJI GO app too. I can fly, change camera position from DJI GO app, but only problem is with taking photos and recording. When I click to take photoa as to change to video, it changes for a second and my screen goes black and white, I also hear a clicking sound from the machine and then revert back to photo mode. Wheni try to take a photo, it shows the processing step but nothing happens.
Ive updated the firmware but still. Please assist.
Do you know what is the reason ?

Try a new micro-SD card and format it in the I2 both?

I've had a few Sandisk cards go bad in the DSLR and they refuse to write. One I ran through a freeware memory card checker software and it would drop writing around the same spot during the test.

i did try new sd card and formatted it on the I2 but still not recording, Go4, Litchi and dronedeploy cant take pictures.

If you are in Napa, you might have better luck taking it to the DJI store in San Fran where they do some service. They might be able to try a bench camera and narrow it down. www.magicskyusa.com
