IMU Calibration Fail - Error code 13

Has anyone had this problem with their Inspire 2?
IMU calibration is constantly failing with error code 13.
We've tried calibrating in different places but still no luck.
Firmware is up to date. Compass is calibrated and I'm still able to arm the motors.
Any help would be great!

Welcome to the forum. Have you tried to complete a factory refresh using the Assistant 2 App? That may correct this issue.

I ended up using my phone instead of my main tablet to calibrate the IMU and that worked!
Strange as they're both android but didn't have to factory reset the i2.
DJI advised me to send the drone back for repair so maybe don't trust what they say next time!

Happy to hear your issue has been resolved. You are definitely correct with that statement, many issues can be resolved remotely without having to succumb to time/work lost and the inconvenience of having to send an aircraft into DJI or your dealer. Always worth researching the issue online or making a few calls to get to the bottom of an error which may have a quick and simply resolution. Safe flying.
