Inspire 1 landing gear

My Inspire 1 took a spill off the edge of a table while landing (don't ask) and the landing gear is now stuck and will not go into travel mode. The landing gear motor is running constantly when you turn on the drone. Is this worth repairing or now a parts machine?

The screw on the underside of the landing gear does not budge, either. I cannot see if the worm gear is steered because of the rubber boot surrounding it.

I would try to repair / replace it. I know, I won't ask...

The I1 is a tank... tough and repairable.
Parts pretty easy to obtain and replace... I'd repair... that isn't a major enough of a failure to shelf the I1.

Mine is stuck in travel mode (landing). I cannot get it to lift to flying mode.
