Why the new camera ? Did some thing happen to the one that came with it?

In all honesty, I was flying video for a bike tour last year and ended up trying to trim a tree.
The shop that fixed it did a great job, but they’re shop is messy as hell and I ended up getting someone’s refurbished camera in my case.
Didn’t notice until I went to do some promo stuff in the mountains and started getting a gimbal overload error.
Took it back to the shop and showed them their screw up and got a new one to replace the buggered up one.
