Is this a private sale? If so why are you charging VAT?

I am VAT registered and my accountant tells me that everything I sell is VAT'able. My I2 was sold on a VAT invoice and as all my drone equipment is effectively owned by my company I am forced to include VAT. With things the way they are I might very well unregister but at the moment VAT is on the cards.
