last 3 pics are the main power board and part of the battery compartment tray

the lifty thing is the center frame lift mech roughly $75-100 value its also a first gen version
the two arms are version two arms.

the thing to the left of the center frame is the Ncore, thats like the main brain of the bird again $75-100 value

i know the rest of the stuff too. but hard to explain everything without confusing

Just found I have a cracked arm the motors go on
If ur facing Inspire it’s the boom on the left side with motors
I need that boom

Is it difficult to change it out

if you un-solder the antennas its pretty easy. if you dont want to solder then you need to fully teardown to remove the arm

Hello
Brent my husband had neck surgery recently
He is in ICU
He suffered a fall about 5 days ago and damaged the surgery he had

He asked me to come here and post that he is very sorry about u who wants parts

I’m not sure when or even if he will ever walk talk or fly again

He wanted to help people who needed parts

He is very upset about it

But
We have other worries right now and I’m sure if and when he is able to post here again
He loves his drones(all 6 of them
He is a VA Disabled Veteran that has injuries suffered in Vietnam Nam
