IOS and DJI GO app version question / Firmware question also

Hi!

I have Inspire 1 RAW and fly it with iPad mini4.

Currently my firmwares are:

App: 3.0.0
Aircraft: 1.9.1.30+
RC: 1.6.0+

IPad: IOS 9.3.1

I want to use my iPad for Lightroom CC, as sometimes I need to make selection of photos outside my studio.
Lightroom CC for iPad requires IOS 10.3 or later

If I upgrade iOS, will I have to upgrade DJI OG app also?
And accordingly update firmwares of aircraft and RC?

Also what am I gaining with updating to latest I1RAW firmware? Should I do it?
