Issue with remote controller

Has anyone else had an issue with Inspire 2 radio tuning its self off mid flight. Battery fully charged 4 led,s. Happend about 8 mins into flight. The first indication was loss of live view on IPad followed by automatic RTH. No damage done but have several jobs lined up and dont want it happening on location. Any thoughts could it be latest firmware issue.

I notice this after 6 month on the shelve, but may be happening in mid air!
