EGHI has class D extending across the estuary I believe. You couldn't have been more than 200ft but I think it's Surface to 2,000 around there?

My point exactly. The River Hamble north of the M27 is at least 1NM inside the CTR (0-2000FT).

No problems, it may be within a CTR but also outside of a Category B fly zone, this is where permission, LOS and common sense comes in, I'm also on private land. But your are points taken, but please know I do not fly recklessly or dangerously, any, any hint of other air traffic, then it's aviate, navigate and communicate and I monitor live air traffic. Thanks for the input.
