How’s it, I’m flying on the island of Maui. I have a quick question about the inspire 1 lead screw. I am in travel mode and drone is offline (battery not in the inspire). To my understanding the rubber boot that covers the lead screw is suppose to cover it during travel mode to protect it from dust and the outside. Well mine is still up is this normal and if not how can I fix it?

The only time the boot on both of my Inspires covers the screw is in the landing position.

Thank you for your response much appreciated. Yeah I was going through YouTube looking up maintenance on i1.

I somehow stumbled on watching the guy take care of the lead screw and the boot looked like it was down. He had to put the drone into flight mode to expose the lead screw To lubricate the screw and barring.
