I had to replace both arms and cant find the right angle

Angle the arms so that props point toward center just above the front camera bracket. Like this:

I found a inspire 1 and checked his new drone and the canber (pitch) is 5 percent neg.

Nope. My z3 works fine. If you have a question about your z3 start a new thread instead of putting it under here where the op is asking about landing gear. It will get you better response s.
