Thanks! 4k30 and Final Cut Pro. However I accidentally exported the file at 24fps instead of 30. I had the ND filter on and it was set to vivid.

Thank you for your info .... I will take your advice and start shooting in 4K/30 instead of 1080P. I had someone tell me that it really didn't matter if I shot in 4K or 1080P, because my TV and computer only can view 1080P
