no responses on this, but perhaps because nobody knows for sure. Anyway, I contacted support, and they said "it's faulty, and will need to be fixed. Get in touch with your dealer".
If they request it back, and it will be a 3-4 week turnaround, I should do it shouldn't?! It should be right i think for this money, despite the massive pain of being without it for 4 weeks.
Does anyone have any experience of returns, and any ways to speed it up? Reckon I can request a different one be sent out, given mine has such a blatant fault?
