Curious if anyone has had experience using SDI out from the Cendence with an M210 running a dual payload. We are running into some issues with the output for both cameras. We are running into a message saying there is not enough bandwidth and just seeing the PIP output despite changing the output source. Unlike the M600 there is not an option to adjust bandwidth allocation for the different image source outputs. Can anyone shed any light? Payload is an XT and Z30.

Thanks!

Interesting scenario. We will certainly throw a Z30 and XT on an M210 and see if we experience the same thing. Can't try until tomorrow afternoon but we will report back what we get. On the monitor side we can try Atomos and an Odyssey 7Q on the very off chance that matters at all. Is there just a single Cendence connected or are there dual remotes connected to the M210?

We have a couple comments for you after giving this a try.

First, we are able to see both the camera feeds on a CrystalSky monitor and an Odyssey 7Q using SDI. We also successfully tested it on an Atomos with SDI. We had only 1 radio in use (Cendence) and the image on the SDI monitor showed both feeds (in PIP). Even if we tried to select Source 1 or Source 2 only we still got PIP.

After reading your question again, are you getting the bandwidth issue both on the ground and while flying?

Have you also tried adjusting the Image Transmission Code Rate? It seems to be the closest thing to a bandwidth setting allowing settings of 4, 6 or 8 Mb/s. Ours had 8 Mb/s as the default.

Let us know if there is anything you want us to try - or if there are any photos we can take that might be helpful to anyone.
