Monitor suggestion for second unit

i bought the second control unit the other day. I have an iPad 2 Touch for the main unit. I'm wondering if there is a good monitor for the slave unit. Surely I don't need another expensive IPad for the slave unit?!

Kind of sucks but it has to be one of the iPads or tablets that have the same specs as the master. If you're using an ipad for the master then you'll need an ipad for the slave, same with android. Sorry to be the bearer of expensive news!
