got my inspire 1 2 days ago and the rain stopped today, its super sunny day in hong kong and quite windy, temp at 17c.
i was quite nervous coz i saw the crash video last night after firmware upgrade. i went ahead and setup everything. imu adv cal and firmware updates on both aircraft and remote control all ready.
the very first start, my ios app on ipad air2 told me to cal the compass. that i think dji did a great job on the app for they showed me everything and led me thru the process like a dummy. after that done, i didnt try auto take off but manual took off. my impression of the i1 is very solid, feels like driving a german car vs a japanese car as to the phantom. phantom is much lighter and nimble but twitchy, the i1 is very stable and also sure footed.
played around with everything on the app and cam and still had 3 mins left. still waiting for more spare batteries. just wanna happily report i am a satisfied customer, thanks dji and we want zoom soon !
