Yeah, it means tons more regulations. I'm seriously looking at long poles and skate boards as a drone alternative.

There will be a moment when these things are so reliable, redundant and autonomous, my mother in low would just be able to hop in, punch in the destination and hop, there she goes. She will probably live to see it as well.
