Not able to enter travel & / flight mode via RC control

Hello,

my Inspire 1 arrived today and I tried to enter flight mode by 4 times pushing the Lever on the RC up and down, but nothing happens. I tried that several times...no success. When entering the flight mode / travel mode conversion via the Pilot app, everything works, the landing gear goes up and down ! It simply doesn't work when doing this via the RC. The RC is properly detected and connected in the Pilot app. What am I doing wrong ? I already tried this on several floors/Terrains (Stone/Wood).

Any help appreciated...

Your timing between switches has to be Goldilocks - Not too fast, not too slow but..... just right !

Also, are you sure your controller is set to "master"? It is in one of the menus in the app.

Ok, I tried switching much faster than before...now it works! Thanks a lot !
