Not recording to SSD or SD card, only internal cache

For some reason every time I hit the record button, it changes to a phone icon and records to the device cache instead of the SSD. I am able to format the SSD and set all the settings, just don`t know how to force it to record to it ? Any insights would be helpful.

is the mini SD card inserted into the AC?

I tried it with the SD card and without

Noticed that the SD card was full, so after formatting it, it records to the SD card. But still not to the SSD card. How do you tell the system which one of the 2 cards to use ?

If it's like the X5R ir always records video to both photos only to the SD

Do you have the additional licenses? No CinemaDNG/ProRes = No SSD
