Odd Landing Gear Behavior

We have a replacement Inspire 2 from DJI. Out on a shoot today, and several times, at an altitude of about 35 feet, the landing gear would lower on it's own. That's bad enough, but the gimbal would snap to level. The combination ruins the shot. Any idea what's going on and how to fix it?
