Osmo settings for panning left to right

Having issues with a jerky picture when Pan left to right or vice versa.
I have tested all resolutions in exactly the same environment each time, the resolution that have the least amount of jitter are the resolutions that have 48 or 50 fps.
Im using PAL, anti flicker set to 50, and auto on the rest.
I am using the X3 camera of the Inspire 1.
These are all the resolution options that are in the menu settings on the X3
Any solutions welcome.

You must use an ND filter to make sure the shutter speed does not exceed twice the FPS. I use a variable ND filter.
