Over tightened my props

So I tightened one of my self tightening props just to be sure it would not come loose, by doing this the motor bell got pushed down and the motor became very hard to spin by hand (the motor bell rubbing against the motor base) To solve this I gave the shaft a couple of SOFT knocks with a hammer, the motor now spins free again but it sounds a bit different when spun by hand, maybe I'm just paranoid though, do you think I may have damaged the bearing?

Ooops. Take that back:

In case you're wondering, the way I found them was to find this first:

Then to search for: DJI e800
Hi John, I believe those motors are essentially the same as the Inspire, but doesn't have the correct mounting feet? I hope I'm wrong though, cause I'd love the option of replacing motors myself... Some say that you could build the new motor onto the old motors base... not sure, haven't tried yet...

The mounting is different. If your motor outrunner is bad, you can replace with the E800 motor out runner,
If the winding is bad, it is not going to work. You need to either do the winding yourself or send the whole thing back to DJI. There are people who use the parts from a new inspire and sell them for huge profit ($150-$200) but the options are very limited right now.
