P-GPS Loss

Hi

Im only have 10 flights with the inspire(100 with the pV2+). Yesterday I was flying in a local park and loss the signal for about 25 seconds. Prior to the loss I had a great signal with all bars.
My iPad showed disconnected, yet a RTH was not initiated. It did not show P-Atti or opti.

My concern is that when this occurred I was only about 40 ft away at an altitude go 70-80 feet. I had the antennas in the correct position. Im running the latest firmware (17). Have other folks had this issue ? It just made me a little nervous to get some distance

Did you actually have control or not? The tablet is only a "display device" and if it's disconnected should not affect the rest of operations.

Also remember that GPS flight modes are only GPS assisted. You should learn to fly safely in other modes too, just in case GPS does drop out or if anything similair happens. If not you're risking an expensive bit of kit and possible injury to people in the area (yourself included).
