I thought this PGY Tech shoulder mount bracket was a great idea. I was going to ask here if anyone had tried this device but I went ahead and ordered it anyway. Once it was assembled and tested, I found it to be very convenient to use. However, the design itself could have been executed better. Here's a little video I'd thrown together for you guys and gals who may want a closer look. The photo there is a test fit on my dad - which almost required the use of a mallet to fit over his shoulders. However, the gut serves as an advantage to the design.
