No - the Inspire 2 is not classified as a waterproof UAV.

To be clear on water issues, no the Inspire 2 is not waterproof (and I'm not aware of a comparable drone that is), however many people do fly it near and over the ocean. You just don't want to get it *in* the water.

Hi, DJI has water resistant drone but not the Inspire 2. Hope there will be a drone that may fly over the ocean and swim in the ocean, wouldn't that be cool.
I flown about 19 hrs the Inspire 2, there were sudden heavy down pour and also some drizzling and I managed to land the aircraft which already socking wet. Then quickly wipe it dry.
I'm lucky the electronic system didn't get short circuit.

Thanks for your interest, but to make use of the CinemaDNG and ProRes licenses the SSD and reader are critical parts, and at this point I'm trying to sell it as a complete package.
