SSD wrong remaining time

Just did a 3 day shoot. Used Prores 422 to a 120GB drive. We were shooting enough that I had to off-load the data at lunchtime and at the end of the day. The Crystal Sky indicates a capacity of 28 minutes after formatting.

We had waited several hours for a fishing boat to return to harbour, and had a one-off chance to film as it came through to the dock (around 2 minute shot). Had been shooting in the afternoon and had over 7 minutes 'remaining'.

The boat came in and I started to follow it. 25 seconds later, I got an SSD FULL message! I should have had nearly 7 minutes left.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Kind of... I have a weird issue with my I2 thinking my SD if full when it’s not, even after a format. Also, last night on a shoot my SSD just went offline. Luckily had a backup.
