Straight lines are jagged, when filming at higher speeds?

So I filmed without my ND filter, at 1080p at 30FPS with a shutter speed of thirty. The second shot shows jagged lines along the houses on the left, which I assume are rolling shutter artifacts? Anyone help on ideal setting to mitigate this?

Your footage seems to have been rendered at a different framerate than it was shot.
How did you edit/process? Looks like something was done improperly.

BTW I don't get how you could have really been shooting at 1/30 in these conditions.
