Thanks Gary, very interesting images. Amazing how hot the camera gets, though the hottest item appears to be the battery. The motors are also a bit warm as you'd expect, but being in the air stream and with the rotors washing them with cool air it's not surprising they appear cooler than the battery.
That is some great thermal data. Is this typical for 15-20 minutes of flight time? Do all your batteries get this warm this quickly? I wonder if this battery has a bad weld or a loose termination. Just remember that those thermal imaging battery temps are surface temps and the actual cell temps are higher, especially for the center cell. Be careful.
