I am certified 107 remote pilot. I am 1000 for from the Canadian border which falls on the St. Clair River. I have been trying to find info on the legalities of crossing the border during a flight. I never intend to fly over Canadian land, nor launch or land from Canada. Anyone able to point me to the rules/laws regarding this?

There were other articles that mentioned you are not allowed to fly without authorization in Canadian airspace. Search for articles mentioning Niagara Falls.
