Video settings Not staying selected

I have IOS 1.01 on iPad Air2. When I choose NTSC and MP4 these revert back to MOV and PAL. I have tried "resetting camera" and it does not "keep the setting". I also have tried restarting the I1 and the settings continue to revert back.

Anyone else having this problem and know a way to select NTSC and MP4 and have them set and not revert?

Any known fix? Or is it assumed that this would be in the next update? Any guess?

Either use the older iOS app or the android one.
