Where do these go

Can anyone tell me where these go and what they do?

They're to be used while transporting your bird in the case, just to keep it slightly more secure.

When the Inspire is in the case, the small carbon tubes almost touch the edge of the controller(s), wedge these in between to prevent scratching on your controller.

I believe they go under the small carbon tubes under each arm that control the landing gear. At least that's where they were when I opened the inspire for the first time. I threw them out. No regrets.

Correct.
They MAY be of use if one or both of the controllers slip slightly in transit and prevent the controller(s) from knocking against the thinner and more fragile landing gear control arms.
