Zenmuse X3 camera help

I have an X3 for inspire 1not for OSMO and the issue is I have everything working when I connected to the OSMO handle including video feed on the app, but when I connected to the drone I have everything working except video feed on the GO app. Now my question is what is wrong the camera or the drone. I can record pictures and videos on the SD card and I can playback on the app but the screen is black when I try to view the live feed. Thank you for any help.
