Zenmuse X3 orientation/movement issue

Hey,

I got this camera from an Inspire 1 which was crash landed (soft).
Camera still has image on the I1.
Camera has blank image on the Osmo

It seems the cables are ok, I am assuming because of the image and the movements.
After the crash when it was turned on it just went WILD. Crazy movements...

I bought 3 boards, Yaw, Roll, Pitch from here (classifieds) and replaced them.
It consolidated a bit but still not working properly.

Does any of you know what should be done to fix this?

Auto calibration is not possible from the Osmo and the I1 gives an error.
