I tried them all and IMHO they all were garbage. The best any of them would do was to zoom, then shoot. But no smooth zoom while shooting video.

Just checked mine and it is good till 2020. 5 years from start.

I have had Inspire 1, Inspire 2, Phantom 4, Mavic Air, and now Mavic 2 Pro. Don't miss any of them. The camera on the M2P is excellent. Plus it's more portable and extremely quiet compared to any of those others.

Alignment of that contact plate is critical. If it only did it on one of the devices, that would have pointed to bent pins on female part of connector. Example attached.

Likely a dirty contact or loose screws on connector.

As long as you are shipping ground, there shouldn't be any problem. But, I usually do not let it known there are batteries in my packages. This sometimes scares un-educated clerks. But, I always ship them via ground.

I would put it in a box. Doesn't add that much to the weight. That way it won't be scratched up and end up with stickers all over it.
