I have a TB48 that is only giving about 3.4V per cell when it is under load. Does this mean the battery is junk or is there some way to fix it without replacing all the cells?

I just recently bought a DJI Inspire 1 v2.0 and am new to drones. I figured out flying pretty well but do not know how to update firmware. What updates should I do and how do I do them?

I did check the flight log but could not find anything out of order.
