Okay, the "[00022370][15 00] device not detected." seems to be the camera - that's what support said. They advised to unload and reload the camera onto the aircraft and if it does not help, send them the aircraft for a repair. And that didn't help :(

Is the pin that U-shaped thing? Any ideas on what tools to use to remove it? Also, the jacks connecting the wires to the motor are under the black insulation, right? Did you cut it to unplug the motor? Or just hold the black thing and pull the motor? Thanks for your posts and pictures...

Is it possible to disassemble an Inspire 1 motor? I mean to take off the top moving part?

Hi asaerong, were you able to repair your motor or get a replacement? I'm also in Indonesia and my Inspire 1 seems to have troubles with two motors (seems like sand got inside) - was wondering how it goes with the DJI service here...
