It is as MrTVR said, it caused a yaw (left stick) combined with a pitch backward and left (right stick) which resulted in it pivoting on the rear left landing gear and tipping over.

I tried that once when it wouldn't turn off after 5 seconds on the ground, it caused a crash and didn't turn off the motors.

I don't think that this particular issue was caused by free space or unnecessary apps, the iPad I use has only 2 apps installed beyond the default, DJI Go 4 and Can I Fly There which is the Australian regulatory app.

Mine is crashing without updating to 11.2.
