DJI warranty covers the bird. You'll just need to provide them with proof of purchase (e.g. invoice or sales order number and name of vendor purchased from).

I wouldn't buy from anyone posting stock pictures unless of course they are an authorized vendor.

That's not bad. Been doing a ton of research...some are saying the X5R is not worth the price. I guess that's debatable based on what you want to do :).
