    Inspire 2 batteries stuck

    Looking for any advice here. Both batteries of the Inspire 2 just wont come out. Both release mechanism on top depress downwards but the batteries don't budge at all. Does any one know if they can be inserted on the wrong sides to cause this. Thanks
