Saw on the news this morning a drone video of a fire. I know this is by an airport. SFC to 4200 feet area. Was on the news, on the web, with his name on it. Can this be done on emergency basis?

Taking my drone 107 test, it read if you have a problem with your drone and you are not up to date this makes the FAA unhappy.
