I think those two errors my be unrelated. I have seen more than one person report that the ribbon cable on the mount may be an issue. There are Youtube videos of how to replace the gimble. Maybe a last effort after any other suggestions??

I would would look at the Autel with the new Flir Bosun 640x512 Radiometric payload. I fly the Matrice 200 Series with Flir XT2. New Setup for DJI Matrice would be around $16,000. Autel is probably a little more than half that. You want to make sure you can capture data set that can be tuned...

I believe that if you look in the app, Pilot for M200 series or XT Pro app for Inspire 1, in the camera settings at the bottom it gives you the camera specs. Not sure it displays performance or Radiometric for type? You can also get the serial number and chat DJI and ask them what model it is.

I use the Seacraft tray. Got mine at FDS. Looks like they are sold out, but other vendors listing in stock.
