Some agent took his own interpretation and went forward with it. None of the FAA agents I have talked to would think twice about this.

Inspire 1 Maintenance Tip Take a Q-Tip and clean out the inside of the prop threads (especially the black ones). After 34 flights my Q-Tip came out black. This shows the black anodizing wearing off. Afterwards my props spun down MUCH easier. Kerry Garrison

Sorry to burst your bubble but if a prop comes off, there is no chance of it coming down good. It cannot compensate for the loss of a prop.

If the lens is cracked then there was a pretty big hit during shipping. I would most certainly have it checked out.
