Today i plan to edit my last flight footage , so i take out my inspire 1 memory card and plug to my pc to transfer the video footage . But i found that all of my footage are gone , i quickly slot in memory card to my inspire 1 and turn on and check on the DJI Go, the backup footage still inside...

Markymarc1981 have you keep the older firmware like 1.6 or 1.7 ? my upgrade fail and going to downgrade it , but the wed side of dji only have v.1.8 and 1.9 to download

i try it and re-install app and again format my tablet it still not working !

Yes i have done the setting USB debugging , before that it work well with my tablet , but yesterday dunno why it cant connect anymore

i have a problem that my samsung tab s 8.4 is doesn't connect to the DJI Pilot app ,the App keep showing USB Disconnected . I trying few android phone and tablet and i still doesnt work ! anyone have this problem before?

i try a few of my android phone and tablet with different cables as well , it still showing no connection , but it got sign of charging . Maybe i should try on IOS device see it is still the same problem ?
